It is of poor design, built only with fireworks, but it is a site that our customers like. That is really what is most important, or was, but I hate loosing the volume of results from longtails. If I pull the added text will it reindex and stop dropping? If i use alt tags with info on each pic, would that help? Questions questions... The best way that i have found to go round this problem is to have a site map that you regularly update. I had 1 hidden sentense on my index page just for the search engine to index it, because my site is flash, thats it. When i got this message I removed the sentense within 2 minutes and sent reinclusion request. Will i still be penalized for 30 days ? Seems a little bit harsh to me. I got a letter from Google
