Why would Google give a higher value to real estate related websites that are not even registered in the area they are in? I can't speak for other states, but in Illinois, real estate websites must clearly state the address of the company in the area they are in directly on their homepage. I would think that a consumer would have a better web experience from a website actually based in the area they are searching in then a site from a differant area. What are your thoughts on this?
