I remeber when i was a manager for a company and our account was down, so I had the brain child of motivating them by just walking in to work from my normal attire, to a completley shiny silver tin man. Keep in mind, there were a couple of thousand people on different accounts, I walk in, and there was that a awkward silence in the building, then everyone stood up and hooted and hollared. That was embarrasing, but the goal was met shortly afterwards and I was hailed as the tin man who had a heart.....yeah i know its corny, but I am a geek anyway.
