The search engines are full of spam and have had to spend over 50k to have sites created just to get them ban because some web designer or webmasters fills them with stuff that violates Googles guidelines. Now that I am savvy enough to detect this stuff, I report it and its ignored, so kudos to you for getting Google to pay attention. I havent read the declaration yet but its next after this post.
