I think that's the best place on getting the ball rolling on some sort of action to be taken. You have to prove that you are indeed the owner of the information of course. In general practice responsible hosts usually pull the sites at the hint of one these DMCA reports, as the battle isn't worth the $4 a month they are getting from the scraper.
