I am also trying to get back to the days when i checked my email once a day on my desk top ! Instead of my blackberry overheating with emails every 2 minutes. My partner and I have experimented with no computers, email, blackberry,iphone etc... on weekends. Tried it for 2 weeks and I have to say it is pretty relaxing..........................
